The largest annual gathering of christian women, Unique women conference 2017 is set to hold on June 17 in the City of Ibadan, Oyo state in Nigeria. The convener Rev. (Mrs) Omowunmi Popoola wife of the President, Word communication ministries (WOCOM), Apostle Sunday Popoola, has said while speaking on this year's conference that though times are tough yet is time for women to seize the opportunities available in the challenges presented by the prevailing situation.
Rev (Mrs) Popoola also stated that this year's programme is set to help women discover their potentials and get wisdom to tap and deploy these potentials for them to shine in the midst of the gross darkness which is covering the world right now.
According to her the theme of this year's conference is 'Winning Woman in a Waning world', time is from 8am to 4pm.
Apart from the main seminars and messages there are also practical workshops, counselling clinics, Well-woman clinics and Girls conference amongst others.
Special guest at the event includes Mrs Florence Ajimobi, wife of the governor of Oyo state, while conference speakers include Adebola Osibogun, Ayodele Megbope, Liz Adunola, Mojisola Kupolati and Victoria Oluwaseun.
